“Free your River” wants you – teachers and students – to get active. Discover your river and help protect it. This chapter of the website offers you three different documents for your work:

• Using the Checklist, students can investigate different aspects river quality. You can download the chapters of the checklist as PDF-document or you can print them out and fill them in during your field work. In addition, as a registered member of “Free your River”, you can easily process your data and publish them online along with any other information about your river project. Here you can find details on registration. 
• The Action kit shall help students to go public in the protection of rivers. Public actions are based upon the results of the previous investigation of the river.
• The web methods / online cooperation is a document for teachers. In the “Free your River” project, you and your students can come in contact with project groups from all over Europe and cooperate with them. (see Demobook). The web methods help you to make use of this opportunity.
