C. Formalisation of the work methodology and requirements
As soon as possible, the team will work out an annual planning for the project (retro-planning), from the objectives of production. The team will identify the time periods devoted to the project – teaching periods or outside school time - and the necessary tools and material that are available or must be obtained. Task allocation must be quickly defined.
