Artificial intelligence operating system for product teams startup ProductNow announced today that it has raised $6 million in new funding to launch its software stack for product teams.
Founded earlier this year, ProductNow is building an operating system specifically for product, program and strategy teams. The OS is aimed at replacing the traditional, fragmented mix of documents, decks, meetings and siloed tools with a centralized, intelligent AI system that turns high-level business intent directly into coordinated execution.
It’s designed to address the issues where modern product organizations don’t just struggle to ship code but also struggle to turn business intent into clear, coordinated execution. ProductNow argues that while AI has transformed engineering, product strategy and execution workflows remain fragmented across disparate documents, decks, meetings, and tools. ProductNow says it unifies this chaos into a single, AI-native system that helps teams move from idea to impact.
The platform is agentic, with AI copilots that integrate with existing tools such as task trackers, version control systems and communication channels. The AI agents are designed to act like virtual team members that take over various jobs, such as planning, task assignment, status tracking and reporting, with the result enabling real-time coordination and reducing the need for manual handoffs.
ProductNow’s platform differs from other solutions in that, rather than just assisting engineers with AI-generated code, it extends that same acceleration to traditionally manual, cross-functional workflow — product management, UX/design, marketing, analytics and program coordination. The platform allows teams to articulate a strategic goal and will generate roadmaps, break down work, assign responsibilities and continuously monitor progress.
The AI OS centralizes data pipelines, models, orchestration and integrations and continuously ingests real-time project data to apply intelligence to derive actionable insights. The platform also automates execution across the lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and performance monitoring.
Sierra Ventures LP led the seed round, with Parameter Ventures and senior operators from leading cloud, consumer and AI companies also participating.
“With AI accelerating engineering, the real bottleneck is no longer code — it’s turning strategy into execution and results,” said founder and Chief Executive Tript Singh Lamba. “We’re building a system of leverage that augments teams across product, program and beyond — amplifying judgment, reducing overhead and bringing the kind of AI advantage developers have to the rest of the org.”
